Booking Policy: - Reschedule requests are only accepted via phone call/iMessage at 07036620380 or 08048921569. - Cash payment is accepted. Please come to our location in person. Full payment is required upon booking. - Cancellation: If canceled 72 hours before the appointment start time, you may receive a 100% refund. All other cancellations, no refund. Payment is forfeited, however, clients may reschedule their appointments instead of canceling. - Reschedule: Same-day reschedule is only applicable if the appointment is rescheduled before the appointment start time or within 15 minutes of the appointment start time. Same-day rescheduling is not applicable after the 15-minute grace period and will be treated as a no-show. Same-day reschedule is available once (per appointment). Same-day reschedule is not available a second time. Payment will be forfeited. - 15-minute late grace period: We allow a 15-minute buffer to account for late start time in cases of emergency, however, we will be unable to perform services after the 15-minute grace period. Please reschedule your appointment beforehand if you anticipate you will be arriving late. - No-show: A no-show appointment is treated as a cancellation. Payment is forfeited. All prices are tax-inclusive.
